Comment on the competition post on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/lutherstadt or the Instagram page www.instagram.com/wittenberg_tourismus in the period from 30.05. 2023 to 01.06.2023 and secure the chance to win 6 x Children's Holiday Experience Pass Lutherstadt Wittenberg 2023.

The competition is not affiliated with Meta (Facebook and Instagram, hereinafter referred to as "Meta") and is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Meta. The recipient of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but the Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions of participation listed here. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation. The Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time.

Entry requirements

A Facebook or Instagram user account is required to participate. You can enter the competition by leaving a comment under the competition post on www.facebook.com/lutherstadt or www.instagram.com/wittenberg_tourismus.

Participation is not dependent on the purchase of goods or the use of a service from the Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office. The purchase of a product or the use of a service does not increase the chances of winning. Participation in the competition includes consent to the naming of the Facebook or Instagram user name on the "Tourist-Information Lutherstadt Wittenberg" Facebook page and Instagram page in the event of a win.

Facebook users over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the organizer are excluded from participation.

How do I take part?

By leaving a comment under the corresponding Facebook or Instagram post of the Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office. Only one comment per person will be counted.

When does the competition start and end?

The competition for the Children's Holiday Adventure Pass starts on 30.05.2023 and ends on 01.06.2023 at 8.00 am.

What will be raffled off?

6 x Children's Holiday Adventure Pass Lutherstadt Wittenberg 2023.

Any costs incurred in the course of travel to and from the event etc. are to be borne by the winner. Cash payment of the prize is not possible.

How will the winner be determined and published?

The winners will be drawn at random from all Facebook and Instagram comments on the competition question. The winners will be contacted after the draw from the Facebook page, www.facebook.com/lutherstadt and the Instagram page www.instagram.com/wittenberg_tourismus and will then have the opportunity to contact the Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office in writing by e-mail to info@lutherstadt-wittenberg.de or via the contact function of the social media platforms. This must be done within the period specified when the prize is announced. Otherwise the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The prize can be collected directly from the Tourist Information Office in Lutherstadt Wittenberg.

What happens to the participants' data?

If personal data of participants is collected, processed and used as part of the competition, it will be collected, processed and used by the Tourist Information Office solely for the purpose of running the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended.

Miscellaneous

The participant releases Meta from any liability.
Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively. Should any of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. These conditions of participation may be amended by the Lutherstadt Wittenberg Tourist Information Office at any time without separate notification.

Liability

Claims for damages against the organizer in connection with the competition are excluded - to the extent permitted by law - regardless of the legal grounds, unless the organizer has intentionally or grossly negligently violated legal obligations. Furthermore, the organizer is not liable for damages resulting from the impairment of the availability of the competition website in the event of technical disruptions and force majeure events beyond its control, as well as attacks by third parties against the competition website. However, the organizer will make every effort to ensure the reliability and functionality of the competition website. Furthermore, the Organizer does not guarantee that the competition site will function properly on the respective participant's computer. The participant releases Meta from any liability.

Data protection

The Organizer guarantees the highest possible standard of data protection in the context of the competition and observes all relevant statutory provisions in this regard. The Organizer will not pass on any personal data to third parties or sell address data. The organizer stores the personal data of the respective participants exclusively for the purpose of the competition. The participants hereby expressly declare their consent to the storage and use of the personal data provided for the above-mentioned purpose.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be invalid or should there be a loophole, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or missing provisions shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions.

Place of jurisdiction / applicable law

In the event of disputes, German law shall apply exclusively. Lutherstadt Wittenberg is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
