How do you think Martin Luther and his family spent Christmas? What traditions existed during Advent in the late Middle Ages and what did the Christmas tree look like at that time? These are all questions that visitors young and old can get to the bottom of at the Advent Festival at the Lutherhof. In addition to special tours and a Christmas puppet show for children, there will also be a colorful market hustle and bustle in the courtyard as well as music to sing along to or to listen to in contemplation. With all kinds of Christmas delicacies and delicious wine mulled wine is also provided for the physical well-being. In addition, various light installations transform the area around the Luther House into a unique setting that invites you to linger far away from the hustle and bustle of large Christmas markets.
